1 〔気がねなく〕 without reserve [ceremony, hesitation]; uninhibitedly; unreservedly; freely; frankly.

●心おきなく話す speak frankly [uninhibitedly, without reserve]; have a heart-to-heart talk; take sb into one's confidence.

●どうぞお心おきなくいつまでもご滞在ください. Please make yourself at home and stay (with us) as long as you like.
